Who You Are We’re seeking a passionate, skilled, and confident practitioner with significant experience working with children and families, particularly in the context of private law disputes. You should be motivated to work in a child-focused and restorative manner and have experience in undertaking high-quality assessments. Experience of court work (public or private law) is highly desirable. What the Job Involves As part of the Private Law Pathfinder roll out, you will support families to resolve private law disputes by placing children's voices at the heart of decision-making. You will complete Child Impact Reports under the Pathfinder model, working closely with Cafcass, legal professionals, and the court. Your role will include assessing the needs and wishes of children, exploring family dynamics, and providing clear, analytical recommendations. You will liaise effectively with partners to support safe and timely outcomes and maintain accurate case records. You will also contribute to service learning and development within a reflective and supportive team environment.
