About the Role:
Are you driven to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re currently recruiting Residential Children’s Workers to join our dedicated team in Wing, Buckinghamshire. This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people through daily routines, emotional challenges, and personal growth—empowering them to gain confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consistent care, emotional support, and encouragement to young residents
Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment
Support the development of essential life skills and independence
Work collaboratively with a wider team to ensure high standards of care

What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children or young people in residential care, or at least 6 months of UK experience working with young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behaviours
A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude
Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (preferred but not essential)
