We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through cold outreach, primarily via telephone. This is a performance-focused role requiring a hardworking individual who can dedicate a minimum of two hours per day to active talk time, speaking with potential clients. Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets are essential. This role offers a clear progression route into an Account Manager position for high performers.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a telesales or outbound sales role, ideally involving cold calling and new business generation. Experience within the IT services sector is advantageous but not essential.
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
* Maintain a minimum of two hours of daily telephone talk time
* Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects
* Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies
* Stay informed on company services and industry trends
* Base salary of £26,000 per annum
* OTE of £35,000 per annum
