As a Store Administrator – your day might look like this:
1. Arranging appointments for our customers to have their flooring fitted
2. Delivering an exceptional customer experience across various channels; face to face, on the phone or online
3. Working closely with the store team to ensure everything is as it should be paperwork-wise and that the customer gets a seamless experience from the point of order to fitting
4. Being our in-store communication and co-ordination expert, keeping everyone organised and informed

16. A methodical approach and keen attention to detail
