What You’ll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for potential clients

The Bigger Picture: Your Path to Building a Financial Advice Business
This role is not an end position. It exists to identify, train, and fast-track high-potential individuals into building their own successful financial advisory businesses within Polaris Financial.
Over an 18 month period, you’ll be fully trained, qualified, and supported as you transition from Business Development Manager into a fully authorised Independent Financial Adviser.
During this time, you’ll develop:
* Deep technical knowledge of financial planning
* Client acquisition and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness of how to run a profitable advisory business
* The confidence and credibility to advise clients independently
For those who commit, perform, and pass exams, this pathway leads to long-term career ownership, not just employment.
Starting advisor renumration represent six-figure annual incomes, with top performers building advisory businesses generating high six figure — and in some cases, millions — per year.
