 
        
        RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER - MULTI CHANNEL MARKETING RETAIL & ONLINE / SPORTS LIFESTYLE BRAND
Sports/lifestyle brand – £45,000 per annum.
7‑month contract.
Our client is a globally respected lifestyle and sports brand, home to iconic names. They are looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to shape the consumer experience across the UK’s leading retail and digital platforms.
What you’ll do
 * Create and execute multi‑channel marketing plans for global sports footwear brands across key UK retailers.
 * Lead trade marketing initiatives to support sell‑in and sell‑through objectives.
 * Manage retail activations and visual merchandising strategies.
 * Collaborate closely with digital teams to optimise e‑commerce content and promotions.
 * Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
 * Maintain and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including buying and merchandising teams at major retail accounts.
What we’re looking for (Qualifications)
 * 3–5 years of experience in a retail, trade, or shopper marketing role (fashion, footwear, lifestyle, sports footwear brands essential).
 * Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns across physical and digital retail.
 * Creative thinker with strong project management and commercial acumen.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * A self‑starter with an eye for detail and a love for fast‑paced, hands‑on environments.
Experience – an added advantage
 * Experience working with major UK retailers (e.g., JD Sports, Schuh, Sports Direct).
