Job Description
To keep our stores elevated, you will be responsible for creating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including visual packs for in-store execution, photo packs, and visiting stores to maintain the visual upkeep around the estate.
* Create clear and concise brand visual merchandising guidelines.
* Maintain and evolve current VM training documentation.
* Provide weekly store feedback to all key stores.
* Regularly visit stores around the estate to monitor and maintain standards.
* Carry out seasonal Model Store training sessions with the wider Learning and Development team.
* Work alongside the Commercial/Marketing team to ensure all standards are being met.
* Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business.
* Provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding issues surrounding products or projects.
* Keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities.
This is an office role based in our London head office.
Qualifications
* Great written and communication skills.
* Advanced experience in Adobe Suite.
* 2 years VM experience – Required.
* Capable of working well within a team.
* Confident in leading a team as well as working independently.
