Job Description:
* Responsibilities:
* Monitor and resolve errors in SAP transactions such as COGI and CO27.
* Handle WMS functions including error management, replenishment tracking, transfer orders, and delivery clearing.
* Oversee warehouse stock control and coordinate with 3PL providers.
* Update SAP master data and manage LDS requests.
* Monitor KPIs and communicate insights with warehouse teams.
* Maintain delivery records and collaborate with upstream teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience; SAP experience is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
* Accurate, efficient work ethic with flexibility to meet deadlines, including extended hours if needed.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Motivated with a desire to learn and dependable attendance.
