Job Description

3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
4. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
5. Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.
9. Support the team in achieving departmental targets and goals.
10. Stay updated on company policies, services, and offerings to ensure accurate communication with customers.
11. Make outbound calls to prospect clients

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the business services sector.
14. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
15. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
16. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
17. A professional and approachable manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
