Job Overview
Applications are invited for a substantive Consultant Post in Plastic Surgery with an interest in Trauma and Limb Reconstruction at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
The post-holders will be responsible for general plastic surgery services and will have a specialist interest in trauma surgery and trauma-related reconstruction of both lower and upper limbs.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team of limb reconstructive surgeons to gain experience in a high-performing department for trauma reconstruction. The department maintains an excellent collaborative relationship between plastic and orthopaedic teams, with good support and mentoring for new consultants. Additionally, this post includes allocated time at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre to establish a formal Orthoplastics service for Prosthetic Joint Infection.
Main Duties of the Job
