Main Tasks:
* Ensure that all vehicles' defects and associated job cards are completed in a timely manner
* Support the service on maintaining pump standards
* Support the service on raising vehicle mechanical reliability standards
* Support the service in maintaining vehicle availability
* Tank maintenance
* Perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of vehicles and electrical equipment, including diagnostic and inspection duties
* Depot maintenance & cleaning
* Adhere to regulations, and technical standards, ensuring proper use of issued supplies, materials, stock items and equipment
* An understanding of power inverters, battery modules, fuel dispensers and electrical accessories / components desirable
* Support of the management team in the KPI development
Compliance & Safety Checks:
* Ensure vehicles meet DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) compliance & regulations
* Adherence to Health & Safety at all times
* Adherence to company procedures and statutory law
* Delivering excellent levels of customer service
Key Attributes:
* You will need the right to work in the UK
* Have excellent attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* A good work ethic
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Class 1 or 2 Licence desirable
* Multi-site and travel required
* The Support Technician may be required to perform additional duties that are consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the role
Company procedures:
* Adherence with company requirements in terms of legislation
* Furthering personal development through any training that the Company delivers/arranges or wants to complete to successfully fulfill the requirements of the job
* Follow instructions of Company Management and maintain obligations as per your contract of Employment and all company processes and procedures
Working hours:
24 – 7 operation and therefore working outside of 'usual hours' may be required; however, this position is mainly Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary £33,280 per annum
