A peek behind the scenes of the role
As Executive Head Chef, you'll steer our kitchen team to create innovative and delicious dishes to delight our guests, whilst working in close collaboration with the world-renowned chef and restaurateur Jean-Christophe Novelli.
In this role, you will be responsible for menu development, maintaining culinary excellence and creative food presentation with the freedom to work with the freshest ingredients to drive first class guest experiences.
Beyond the pass, you'll drive kitchen standards and a class team culture, nurturing future talent and driving your brigade forward to success.
Who are we looking for?
* Extensive culinary experience and a proven track record in a similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a kitchen team
* Ability to develop creative and innovative menus while maintaining food costs
* Thorough knowledge of food safety driving kitchen standards
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
