This role would suit an Estates Officer with a good understanding of fire safety, looking for a key position within a globally recognised institute with an immediate start.
The Role:
* Organise PPMs and support the company improvement programme.
* Ensure the business adheres to all fire safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
* Conduct practical exercises, drills, and training for key staff members across the organisation.
* Ongoing training and development opportunities (courses, degrees, etc.)
The Person:
* Estates Officer with relevant experience
* Strong understanding of fire, health & safety compliance
* Looking to work for a nationally recognised business
