Job Description
Job title: Accounts Manager
Salary: £35,000 – 37,500 per annum - dependant on experience
Reporting to: Katie Starkey – Assistant Finance Controller
Glenn Sutton – Finance Controller
Job Role Responsibilities:
* Download bank statements into the cashbook and allocate ledger for posting
* Approve payments set up – payment runs and expense runs
* Manage team queries, performance and T&A
* Weekly review of the invoice audits
* Reconcile the bank for all three companies
* Reconcile the sales ledger nominal codes to daybook information
* Organise and monitor the accounts inbox into subfolders
* Assist with cashbook posting when influx
* Update debt reports and issue to management (cross over with Credit Controller)
* Biweekly payroll (cross over with Accounts Technician - cover)
* Monthly payroll (cross over with Assistant Financial Controller - cover)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
