Receptionist
£32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience + competitive bonus scheme
Central London, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join a highly regarded global advisory firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being the face of a business and thrives on providing outstanding service to colleagues, clients and visitors alike.
Working as part of a small front of house team of two, you will be central to the smooth running of the office and client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating a warm, professional welcome for all visitors and clients
* Managing a high volume of meeting room bookings, liaising across the business to ensure seamless coordination
* Organising catering and refreshments, remembering guest and stakeholder preferences to deliver a personal touch
* Partnering with colleagues throughout the firm to anticipate needs and provide exceptional support
* Handling incoming calls, correspondence and ad-hoc administrative tasks
* Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained to the highest standard
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a front of house or reception role within a professional services, corporate or client-facing environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly across all levels
* A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
