This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled General Assistant to make a name for themselves within the food service industry and be a part of setting the new standard for contract catering. Job Description General Assistant – Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and light meals in accordance with menus and recipes. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Provide hospitality service for meetings and events, including preparing and delivering teas, coffees, sandwiches, and refreshments to meeting rooms in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and presentation during preparation, delivery, and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house areas, coffee stations, and hospitality equipment. Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies and report shortages to management. Support and drive the hospitality service, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where team members must be organised, quick on their feet, and able to think clearly during busy service periods. Attend training sessions and meetings relating to food service procedures, safety standards, and customer service. Qualifications Ideally have experience working within hospitality. Have Barista experience preferably. Have good Health & Safety knowledge. Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused. Fun and enthusiastic Have excellent organization skills. Demonstrate great attention to detail. Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team. Possess great customer service skills.
