This is a pivotal role for our organisation, helping us to secure sustainable income streams that transform young lives across Norfolk. As a voluntary organisation with a proud history and strong values, we are looking for someone who can develop and deliver innovative strategies for legacy giving, corporate partnerships, and major donor engagement. You will build meaningful relationships, create compelling campaigns, and steward donors to ensure long-term support for our mission. What You'll Do Design and implement strategies for legacy giving, corporate fundraising, and major donor engagement. Develop and nurture relationships with donors, businesses, and community partners. Create impactful campaigns and events that inspire giving and showcase the difference supporters make. Monitor performance, report on progress, and continually refine approaches using data insights. Work collaboratively with colleagues to amplify fundraising impact across the organisation. What We're Looking For Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders. Ability to write compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations. Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of legacy fundraising, corporate giving, and donor stewardship principles. Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
