We are looking for a dynamic driven Field Sales - Regional Manager
The role is primarily focused on managing a team in the field, driving sales, delivering continuously improved field standard and adhering to compliance and company operating procedures.
This is a multifaceted role as such the individual Field Sales Regional Manager will be expected to liaise, report and support the Leadership team.
Below outline some of the key accountabilities required for the role, however, we are a growing company and thus, not exhaustive
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver great store excellence and customer service
• Ensuring all compliance and best practice is delivered to the highest standards
• Auditing the field team
• Conducting Field Visits in line with the company expectations
• Deliver constructive feedback. Challenge bad practices, delivering feedback to Commercial Business Managers on poor performance and celebrate success
• To provide coaching support, training and onboarding of mew starters as required to the field team
• Building relationship with field team & customer
• Driving sales in the field teams
• Time Management
• Report completion and submission report
• Excellent communication skills
Key Requirements
• Strong personal integrity with an ability to make clear judgments and influence change
• Travel Nationally with 3 to 4 days a week in the field.
• Strong background in managing field Sales teams
• Interpersonal and influencing skills, able to develop and maintain strong working relationship, both field team and leadership team/ key stakeholders
• Confident self-starter able to manage their time plan own workload with minimum supervision
• An ability to work as a highly effective team player, able to collaborate with field team, customers
• Robust, determined, willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues
• Ability to cope with and resolve conflict and be confident in holding difficult situations
• Excellent personal presentation skills
• Fluent in English Language (bilingual will be advantageous)
• Demonstrable Education up to 'GCSE' level
• Preferably, working knowledge of Field Sales B2B. You will need to demonstrate you can manage a Team of Sales Representatives in the field.
• Confident in IT systems including Word, Excel, Email
• Full Driving licence/Access to a vehicle
