Salary: Up to £35,202
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:15 (37.5 hours)

The Role
We are recruiting for a CNC Miller Setter Operator to join a skilled manufacturing team in Kettering.
Set and operate CNC milling and CNC turning machines (3, 4 and 5 axis where applicable)
Work from detailed engineering drawings and CAD models to produce components to tight tolerances
Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges and CMM
Adjust tooling, offsets and machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and part quality
Machine free-issue parts such as castings, forgings and fabrications
Support continuous improvement through process and tooling optimisation
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Work closely with team leaders, quality engineers and production planners to meet deadlines
About You
Strong background in CNC milling
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience working to tight tolerances and small batch work
Online programming and ability to read G codes desirable
Experience with Fanuc controls
