Requirements
What you bring
* Completed commercial or equivalent education
* Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
* Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
* Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
* High quality awareness and attention to detail
* Full-time availability

Hybrid / Remote Work Guidelines
* Please note that if you live within commuting distance of the office, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model - at least 3x per week in the office.
* A secure home office setup at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, is required.
* If you wish to work remotely or in a hybrid model, you must meet our minimum internet speed requirements. Alternatively, our excellent office is available for you to work from.
