We provide powerful, gigabit-speed connections that enable communities to enjoy life in full flow. We ensure our people’s voices are heard, their ideas are welcomed, and everyone has the opportunity to make a real impact.

What you can expect from us
We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, plus a car allowance. Benefits include 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity, a performance bonus scheme, and private healthcare.
How you’ll change it up
You’ll join our Procurement team, supporting Network Operations and other categories. Your responsibilities include sourcing goods/services, managing contracts with tier 3 suppliers, and:
* Identifying cost-saving initiatives before contract renewals
* Supporting specific categories with flexibility to assist others
* Vendor management, negotiations, and onboarding
* Ensuring transparency in procurement processes
What you’ll bring to the role
As a Procurement Specialist, you should be able to support the business and manage categories independently. Key qualities include adaptability, strong communication, and relationship-building skills. You should also have:
* End-to-end tender process experience
* Experience in supplier selection via tenders
* Vendor management, risk mitigation, and KPI review skills
We seek proactive individuals eager to drive change. If this excites you, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up together.

We also offer training and placement programs for career changers, service-leavers, and returning workers.
