This Quality Assurance Manager will take ownership alongside the Head of Quality, of the QA team. Helping guide the business through regulatory and compliance activities, as well as continually improving the QMS Processes. This is a GMP accredited Pharma Manufacturing site. Description Manage and maintain the company's quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Oversee internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to uphold quality standards across all processes. Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness among staff. Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and readily available for inspections. Lead investigations into quality issues, determining root causes and implementing preventive measures. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry requirements. Continuously improve quality processes to align with best practices and company objectives.
