The role
As a Graduate Planner, you will join a small but busy planning team, supporting a wide range of planning applications across both strategic and immediate sites of varying scale and complexity.
The role offers broad exposure across the development process, including planning policy, land promotion, development management, and delivery — providing an excellent foundation for a successful planning career.
Key responsibilities
* Assessing land and development opportunities against company criteria
* Providing internal advice on planning-related matters
* Preparing and submitting planning applications
* Attending meetings with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders
* Managing ongoing planning matters and discharging planning conditions
What we’re looking for
* Degree or Master’s in Planning or Real Estate (RTPI or RICS accredited preferred, but not essential)
* A solid understanding of the UK planning system
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently
* Ability to manage workloads and meet tight deadlines
* A positive, professional attitude with the confidence to engage at all levels
