Overview
Our Tunbridge Wells-based property litigation team have an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join the team on a 12-month FTC. We are open to discussing flexible working options.
In this role, you will provide support to a range of fee-earners from junior level to partner. As a Legal Secretary, your tasks will include file opening, updating our central database, supporting fee-earners with billing, arranging payment or reimbursement of expenses, diary management (meetings, travel, calls, and lunches), and providing administrative support during completions.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who are either at the beginning of their career as a Legal Secretary, returning after a career break and looking for a supportive environment, or those with excellent transferable organisational skills from an administrative role. You should be able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
A passion for empathetic and high-quality client care is essential, as is the ability to adapt and work collaboratively. In return, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team, learn new legal technology systems, contribute your ideas, and take part in our many firm-wide social events.

Requirements
* Experience or suitability for a Legal Secretary role (start of career, returning after career break, or strong transferable admin skills).
