We are delighted to be working with our client in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join them on a permanent basis. The Sales Account Manager role attracts a salary of £28k per annum plus commission with OTE being at least £40k. The successful candidate must have a UK Driving Licence.
The Sales Account Manager role duties will include:
· Developing and maintaining successful client relationships
· Supporting the Managing Director with enquiries received via telephone and email.
· Obtain prices from suppliers and contractors to prepare quotations
· Process orders accurately and efficiently up to the point of despatch.
· Compose tenders for new works
· Identifying and generating leads through data and trend analysis
· Networking and marketing, converting them into key accounts
· Account management
· Occasional site visits
· Coordinate and lead service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
The successful Sales Account Manager will have the following skills:
· Customer service and sales
· Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
· Good IT skills
· Highly organised and able to prioritise their workload
· Able to develop client relationships and increase sales
The successful candidate is likely to be able to carry out various other tasks including despatching goods and assisting with in-coming deliveries when required. There is room for progression in this role for the right candidate.
