Leeds Pivot is an independent special school operating across four closely situated sites. Our curriculum focuses on developing the whole learner, engaging them through their interests to foster success and positive progression towards adulthood. We offer various pathways to meet the needs of learners with Autism, complex social interaction needs, emotional challenges, and other learning requirements.
We are seeking enthusiastic and resilient Learning and Behaviour Mentors (Teaching Assistants) to support our young people. Candidates should have experience working with young people with complex needs, capable of engaging and inspiring them.
Our Learning and Behaviour Mentors play a vital role in overcoming barriers to learning by working 1:1 with learners to help them reach their full potential. Using innovative, creative, and professional practices, you will motivate our young people to learn new skills and build self-esteem.
Working at Pivot offers a meaningful opportunity to change learners' lives. We believe you will find this a rewarding experience.
