The Role
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, supporting our sales and marketing colleagues with their activities. The position will be dynamic working within our tight-knit team to ensure all aspects of the brand are correctly represented.
Travel to our stunning Atelier outside Edinburgh will be essential to ensure you are fully incorporated into the team.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be primarily responsible for:
* Actioning sales orders: ensuring our pieces are beautifully packed and couriered to clients in timely manner.
* Improving client experience: engaging with our clients to gather feedback on their interaction with Araminta Campbell, actioning enhancements with colleagues' support.
* Creating content: under guidance from colleagues, the role will include creating copy for website, printed materials, newsletter, blog posts, and social media.
* Event logistics: supporting in the organisation of sales and marketing activities, including photoshoots, pop-ups, trade shows and networking events.
* Ecommerce: updating product pages, inventory management, actioning improvements to user experiences.
Alongside this, the successful candidate will support all areas of the business as and when required.
Who You Are
To be successful, you should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* A very keen eye for detailand beauty.
* The ability to multitask and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to convey the brand tone of voice.
* The ability to work autonomously within your own area of responsibility, and collaboratively with the rest of the team.
* A flexible attitude towards supporting in other areas of the business.
* Experience and understanding of the fundamentals and intrinsic values of heritage-driven high craftsmanship.
* Familiarity and full understanding of our authentic and mindful concept of luxury, intended as a means of cultural and not purely commercial divulgation.
It is crucial that the candidate has a clear understanding of the core values, specific needs, goals and features of a premium craftsmanship-driven luxury brand; every strategy should be equally artfully crafted, never standardized, ensuring that is coherent with our production philosophy and it resonates authentically with our discerning and attentive audience.
The business is in a rural location so the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car.
