experienced Project Administrator
based in
Grangemouth

As Project Administrator, you'll provide essential coordination and administrative support to keep decommissioning projects running smoothly. You'll work closely with project managers and engineers, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and effective communication across teams.
What You'll Do
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers, engineers, and site teams.
* Maintain project records, registers, and documentation with version control.
* Support onboarding of staff and contractors (right-to-work checks, inductions, and security clearance).
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for stakeholders.
* Track project schedules, action logs, and deliverables using MS Project and other tools.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* File Health, Safety, and Environmental documentation in line with protocols.
* Coordinate timesheets, expenses, and billing information for timely submission.
* Assist procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
* Act as a first point of contact for project-related queries.
What We're Looking For From You
Essential
* Proven experience in an administrative role (engineering, construction, or decommissioning preferred).
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A curious, inquisitive mindset with the confidence to ask questions and learn.
* Comfortable working to deadlines while maintaining quality.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach.
Desirable
* Knowledge of decommissioning, demolition, or engineering environments.
* Experience with project management/document control software.
* Understanding of health and safety requirements in industrial settings.
* Experience with invoicing, expenses, or procurement.
