Finance Manager – PCE Group
Based at Head Office | Reports to Finance Director
PCE Group is seeking a
Finance Manager
to join our growing international business. With subsidiaries across the UK, Spain, Netherlands, and Germany, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of group-wide financial planning, reporting, and analysis from our head office.

leadership role
, driving financial strategy, managing a talented team, and influencing decision-making across borders.
What you'll do
1. Lead on
monthly management accounts
, consolidation, and financial reporting.
2. Oversee
cash flow and treasury
, including credit control, supplier payments, and liquidity management.
3. Ensure compliance with
accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls
.
4. Act as the key point of contact for
auditors, tax advisors, and regulators
.
5. Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering excellence and accountability.
6. Champion
automation, process improvements, and ERP enhancements
to strengthen reporting and efficiency.
What we're looking for
1. A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
2. 5–8 years' finance experience, including 2–3 years in management.
3. Strong track record in
financial planning, analysis, and reporting
.
4. Skilled in ERP systems, financial modelling, and advanced Excel.
5. A confident communicator who can influence at all levels – both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
6. A proactive, commercially astute leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
