About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, driven, and results-focused Social Media & Content Executive to take full ownership of our social media presence.
This is not just a content writing role. You will be responsible for running and growing all of our social platforms, creating high-quality content daily, and delivering measurable growth.
You will be joining a currently building social media team and will play a key role in shaping our strategy, output, and brand voice across all platforms.
We are looking for someone who understands that social media growth requires consistency, creativity, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull Social Media Management
* Manage and run all company social media platforms including:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* Twitter (X)
* TikTok
* Pinterest
* Any additional relevant platforms
* Create and manage a structured content calendar
* Deliver consistent daily output with a minimum number of posts per day (to be agreed based on platform strategy)
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels
* Engage with followers and build an active online community
Content Creation (Video & Visual Focused)
You will be responsible for producing high-quality, professional, and engaging content including:
* Short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
* Engaging and professional social media videos that capture attention within the first few seconds
* Product showcase videos
* Trend-based and viral-style content
* Behind-the-scenes and brand storytelling videos
* High-quality images and graphics for posts
* Written captions that convert and drive engagement
All short-form videos must be engaging, visually strong, professionally presented, and aligned with current social media trends.
You should be confident filming, editing, and producing content that looks polished and brand-ready.
Growth & Performance
* Increase our overall social media presence and visibility
* Drive measurable growth in followers, reach, engagement, and conversions
* Monitor analytics and platform performance
* Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
* Implement strategies to improve reach and engagement
* Continuously test new formats and optimise content performance
This role requires output and results.
Campaign & Brand Development
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns
* Help shape social media strategy
* Support PR initiatives where required
* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and target audience
Requirements
* Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms
* Strong experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
* Ability to film and edit engaging, professional-quality videos
* Strong understanding of current social media trends
* Excellent written communication skills
* Experience using social media management and analytics tools
* Creative mindset with strong visual awareness
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Results-driven and growth-focused
* Good SEO knowledge
*
Public relations and digital marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
