GVA Search is proud to be partnering a dynamic, fast-growing international FMCG company in Hampshire who is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Business Performance Manager to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of international markets. This role is integral to the International Markets (IM) finance team, focusing on delivering high-quality financial analysis, business insights, and value creation. You will lead the FP&A function and spearhead the development of Business Intelligence systems to support strategic decision-making across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and lead the implementation of performance management processes and tools to drive insight and value creation across the IM group. Oversee and develop the FP&A and Business Performance Management functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead in driving analytics for the group, utilising both internal and external data to deliver actionable insights. Develop and embed a high-quality Business Performance Management process and toolkit which seeks to drive business performance through insight delivery. Identifying and tracking critical milestones, metrics, and initiatives using dashboards and KPIs. Own the monthly internal communication of IM performance to ensure all IM employees understand performance. Manage consolidated financial reporting and planning, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Working Capital, minimizing financial surprises. Lead the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI tools to enhance analytical capabilities and drive performance. Clear communication and presentation of financial analysis to HoF and FD, using data to tell the story, with clear cut through to drive action. Embrace the super-user role for SAC, leading system improvements, user capabilities, driving its adoption and value-add across IM. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally in FMCG or Big 4. Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and performance management within a global, multi-market environment. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be proficient in Excel and ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, SAP BI, and Power BI. You will have a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work across different cultures.
