Role: Finance Manager
Reports to: Finance Director

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Start Date: November 2025
Job Purpose:
Provide a strong and trusted financial partnership supporting all areas of the business to ensure the achievement of targets, by first securing the numbers, and then using your knowledge of the business to improve existing practices & challenge the status quo. In the fast-paced luxury fashion environment, this role directly contributes to operational excellence by enabling informed decision-making, supporting store and HQ teams, and ensuring that financial processes keep pace with the creativity and growth of the brand. Your work underpins the trust of both internal and external stakeholders, helping the business remain both innovative and financially disciplined.
Responsibilities:
CASH FLOW
* Provide cash flow detail analysis and short term forecast.
* Closely monitor AR/AP functions to maintain effective cash-flow.
* Prepare the monthly/weekly cash flow reports
FINANCIALS REPORTING
* Work closely with the team to insure internal deadlines, Group guidelines and legal obligations.
* Complete and manage efficiently monthly closing timetable process.
* Accruals follow up and postings.
* Intercompany reconciliations.
* Pro-active results analysis before revision with FD.
* Prepare LVMH month-end reporting.
* Review retails sales reconciliation.
* Preparation of key commentary for shareholder reporting.
* Understanding business drivers & focusing the business on delivering key objectives
* Preparation & reporting of P&L, Balance sheet & Cash flow to the Group
AUDIT, COMPLIANCE & TAX
* Manage audit process closely with FD and Financial Controller.
* Insure submission within deadlines of complete statutory accounts.
* Meet HMRC deadlines for tax returns and payment due.
* Submit correct information to VAT/Intrastat/EC sales list partner within deadline.
* Insure other regulations compliance.
INTERNAL CONTROL
* Work closely with Financial Accountant & Operations Manager to ensure internal control policies & procedures are in place in line with LVMH internal control expectations.
* Insure and implement internal control procedure
* Strong monitoring & analysis of margins & key drivers in delivering growth
OTHER TASKS
* Supervise bank reconciliation.
* Backlog cleaning if necessary.
* Contribute to the Global planning process to ensure timely & accurate reporting to the Group, including modelling & scenario analysis
* Support sales ledger reconciliation, chase customers and credit control process.
* Supervise AP to ensure accurate and timely payment runs are prepared.
* Payments approval.
* Ad hoc analysis and duties.
* Clothing allowance follow-up liaising with HR and AR.
* Administrator of Online banking and Sage.
* Initiate & propose ways to improve internal control.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
* ACA/CIMA/ACCA Part-Qualified with relevant professional experience.
* Exposure to ERP (Sage) and excellent Excel skills (vlookups & pivot tables).
* Good communication skills, autonomous, and pro-active.
* Detail orientated and organized.
* Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously & manage deadlines
* The multichannel environment is fast paced and requires a person with a lot of enthusiasm, energy and common sense.
* Business awareness, entrepreneurial spirit.
* Ability to work collaboratively & under pressure
