With ambitious plans to become one of the leading consultancies in the UK, they’re now looking to strengthen their expanding Midlands office with an organised and proactive Asbestos Administrator / Coordinator.
This is a busy, varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the operation - supporting site teams, keeping projects running smoothly and ensuring clients receive accurate, high-quality reports.
As an Asbestos Administrator/Coordinator, you will be involved in:
* Scheduling works and coordinating diaries for surveyors and analysts
* Inputting data onto TEAMS software and keeping internal systems up to date
* Producing and formatting asbestos reports to a high standard
* Handling incoming enquiries by phone and email
* Liaising with clients to arrange access and resolving any site entry issues
* Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day coordination
You’ll be ideal for this role if you:
* Have previous experience within the asbestos sector or a similar technical coordination role
* Are highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities at once
* Take pride in producing accurate, well-presented reports
* Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and engineers
* Ideally hold a P402 qualification with report quality checking experience (highly desirable but not essential)
Why consider this opportunity?
* Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
* 22 days’ holiday + bank holidays
* Enhanced ompany pension scheme
* A friendly, collaborative team environment
* Genuine long-term career progression
As the Stafford office continues to grow, there will be real scope to develop your career - including progression into an Office Manager role, working closely with senior leadership and helping shape the future of the branch.
