About Our Client
Our client is an expanding organisation with a UK Head Office based in Windsor
Job Description
3. Process invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
4. Maintain and update supplier details and payment records.
5. Assist in month-end closing of financial records and post journal entries.
6. Conduct reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to Accounts Payable.
9. Assist in other accounting projects, as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:
10. A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
11. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
12. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
13. Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
14. Experience with accounting software, preferably Sage 50.
15. Excellent data entry skills.
16. A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
