Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing. What does it entail? As a Pump Service Engineer, you will work on a range of pumps and associated equipment. You will perform general electrical and mechanical engineering duties to ensure that our pump systems are operating as specified. You will also carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning and installations of our pump stations and associated equipment on a nation-wide basis. Work on client sites performing general electrical and mechanical engineering duties to ensure that our pump systems are operating as specified. Carry out maintenance, repairs, commissioning and installations of our pump stations and associated equipment. Participate in our Emergency Call Out Rota. Work with grey water and effluent systems and work within confined spaces. Communicate effectively with the service team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment, with the use of a PDA and mobile phone. Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers. Work independently or as a member of a team. What experience do we look for? Proven experience of working with grey water and effluent systems/ submersible pumping stations Mechanical and Electrical skills 18th Edition qualification Ideally of 3-5 years' experience in pump maintenance or a similar role Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills for centrifugal pumps and submersible sewage pumps Experience lifting, replacing, and installing pumps and associated pipework Full clean UK Driving Licence Good mechanical and electrical skills The ability to work remotely Flexibility to work on our Emergency Call-Out Rota Mature communication skills The ability to deal professionally with customers Constructive interpersonal skills The ability to work independently or as a member of a team A positive personality and helpful disposition Flexible approach Trustworthy, honest and have integrity What will you receive?
