This is an entry-level, London based role that is ideally suited to someone looking to learn more about the real estate industry. The position will report into the Head of Data & Research and will sit alongside other members of staff as part of the wider Data & Research team.
Working with real estate professionals in the industry, the role also offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated analyst to rapidly develop their skills. The role is open to recently qualified graduates with a keen interest of the commercial real estate industry. The role would likely to appeal to graduates with 1-3 years’ experience, however, further on-the-job training will be provided. The role is based in our London office in near Old Street, London.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Data & Research team with data collation on a quarterly basis including interim data updates. Assist with the onboarding of new clients, which could include data cleaning, setting up company accounts and their INCANS users.
* Assisting the sales team with setting up potential client demos
* Responding to ad hoc queries and support requests from the team and our clients.
* Attending client meetings to discuss their data needs and provide feedback to rest of the team.
* Take shared ownership of the internal ticketing system, to log individual enquiries, client queries and ongoing team projects.
* Communicating with developers regarding data collection, ad-hoc system testing, and reporting any development issues or bugs.
* Providing additional support and working collaboratively with our Sales & Marketing team with editing and creating new research & data initiatives and social media posts.
Requirements:
* Fluent French language skills is key for this role.
* University degree or relevant industry experience.
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, written and communications skills.
* Strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel).
* Analytical mind, strong numerical skills.
* An excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Research-literacy. Knowledge or a keen interest of the commercial real estate industry would be advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work closely within a busy team.
* Self-starter and self-motivated.
* The workplace is hybrid, but will involve meeting in our London office. Commuting costs will not be provided, so living in London and its surrounding counties would be preferred.
