Job Description
As a Senior Web Developer at Krucx Technologies LTD, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust web solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Web Development:
o Lead the development of web applications from concept to deployment.
o Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
o Develop and integrate front‑end components with server‑side logic.
* Technical Leadership:
o Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
o Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to current and future projects.
* Project Management:
o Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
o Estimate project timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
* Optimization and Maintenance:
o Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
o Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and platforms.
o Maintain and improve existing codebases and web applications.
* Documentation and Reporting:
o Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and best practices.
o Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and challenges.
