Dairy Engineer Dairy Engineer / Technician – £30,000 – £50,000 Benefits Field-based role covering: - Herefordshire - Worcestershire - Gloucestershire - Shropshire - Warwickshire - Monmouthshire The Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Dairy Engineer / Technician to join a growing agricultural engineering business specialising in conventional and robotic milking systems. This is a field based position involving the installation, maintenance and servicing of dairy equipment across the Midlands and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities: - Install, service, and maintain conventional and robotic milking equipment - Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults - Provide excellent customer support on site - Participate in an on call rota as required - Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently The Candidate: - Electrical knowledge and fault finding ability - Interest in modern robotic dairy technology - Good communication and customer service skills - Self motivated with the ability to work independently - Dairy industry or farming environment experience would be advantageous, but is not essential - Full training will be provided for the right candidate The Package: - Salary £30,000 – £50,000 depending on experience - 20 days holiday plus bank holidays - Company pension scheme - Service vehicle provided after qualifying period - Mobile phone and laptop supplied - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Participation in an on-call rota is required Please email your CV to James Caspersen, Recruitment Delivery Consultant at JCaspersen@agriRS.co.uk.
