With 50+ properties under management and a reputation for reliability, integrity, and innovation, we are expanding our corporate booking and B2B partnerships division to secure long‑term, high‑value contracts with insurance companies, relocation agents, production studios, and serviced accommodation booking agencies.
Role Overview
This is a business development role for a commercially driven self‑starter who can own the full sales lifecycle — from strategy and prospecting to close and long‑term account management.
You’ll focus on building high‑value B2B partnerships that generate sustained bookings and revenue growth. Sales cycles will be longer (weeks to months), but the reward is substantial — contracts typically worth £100,000+, earning a 2% commission per deal.
This is not a reactive or purely sales‑rep position. You’ll be expected to build and run your own sales infrastructure — CRM systems, outreach pipelines, collateral, and reporting — while collaborating closely with the founders.
You will need to thrive in a small, fast‑paced, founder‑led team and be capable of driving your own outcomes independently.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Development & Partnerships
* Identify and secure long‑term partnerships with relocation companies, insurance providers, production studios, and serviced accommodation (SA) agencies (e.g., SilverDoor, Homelike, Situ).
* Manage complex, consultative sales cycles — from outreach and proposal to contract and relationship management.
* Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to build and nurture partnerships.
* Negotiate terms, close deals, and oversee onboarding with the operations and guest communications teams.
Sales Process Ownership
* Build, manage, and maintain the company CRM for corporate leads and partnerships.
* Design and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
* Develop sales materials, proposals, templates, and follow‑up systems as required.
* Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and activity tracking, reporting weekly to the founders.
* Create and implement a structured B2B outreach strategy aligned with company goals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for partnerships.
* Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to strengthen inbound B2B visibility and support lead generation.
* Report monthly on results, challenges, and forward‑looking plans.
Compensation & Commission
* Base Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
* Commission: 2% of gross contract value on confirmed B2B bookings.
* Performance Bonuses:
* Additional project‑based bonus to be applied.

Key Skills & Experience

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a startup environment.
* Strong organisational and reporting skills.
* Tech and system fluency — capable of creating workflows, templates, and reports independently.
