We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Communications Manager to join our team based in the South West. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. You will be responsible for leading the customer communications strategy, ensuring timely, clear, and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and implement customer communication plans
* Manage crisis and incident communications
* Work with digital and service teams to improve customer experience
* Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness
