Closing Date: 26/5/2026 Salary: £36,409.48 - £45,511.85 Please Include a Cover Letter with your Application Job Purpose/Overview To provide comprehensive, consistent and efficient support to departments within Capital Programmes and Transformation, ensuring the successful achievement of company and departmental business objectives following agreed processes and workflow. Other Duties Include Management Support To provide PA & Management Support to the Director, their Leadership Team, wider business area and external consultants as required. Key responsibilities include complex diary management, coordinating key management meetings and events (including European forums), working with internal and external stakeholders, collating management information for key forums, meeting secretarial service and handling various ad hoc requests. The role also includes producing monthly reports including producing the monthly TU L3 Report for respective Directorate and high-level successes for respective Directorate for the monthly CPTLT Corporate Report and arranging the retrieval of company property from leavers. Provides a pivotal efficient & professional service to the business area following agreed processes. Support with travel bookings. Communications, Navigations & Surveillance Sites (CNS) Provide business support to ensure all Technical FM services are maintained to provide operational services. This includes purchasing, receipting, contractor engagement, audit management, resolving queries, purchase card purchases, travel and conference bookings, meeting support, updating spreadsheets, financial monitoring. Safeguarding First point of contact for safeguarding applications - receiving application requests, sifting the applications to establish those that need a full assessment and carrying out the assessment using modelling tools, distributing to relevant technical and Air Traffic Control operational assessors and maintaining the databases of safeguarding applications. Compiling the assessment results and recommendations and responding to Local Planning Authorities and Airport Customers. Providing administrative support to the Safeguarding Team as required. Recruitment Support Provide effective administration support for recruitment and onboarding of tier 2 contracted staff, maintain contract information and ensure the renewal of contracts. Arranging security clearance and IT access for tier 2 contractors. Reporting Creating reports for various stakeholders across CPT, albeit weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, dependant on needs. Reports will need creating using various tools across the business, such as: Q Pulse, Business Management System (BMS) and Safety Tracking and Reporting (Star). Possible chasing and follow up for information may also be required from report findings. Central Maintenance Services Support Responsible for managing repairs which are sent away to Contractors and managing Test Equipment loans and calibration support. SAP support for the CMS team, including opening and closing work orders. Business Support for the CMS team including purchasing via Ariba and credit card, receipting, resolving queries, ensure all invoices are reconciled and paid in a timely manner. Monthly and weekly reporting for both NSL and Engineering teams. Software Registration and Replication service. SIMS Support ACE and Airport Helpdesks support: Monitor, action and assign emails on helpdesk, this includes all ACE platforms worldwide, including Marshall. Capturing all information via Service Now and ensuring progress, action and seeing through to completion. Attendance of weekly team meetings to ensure progress. Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Provide business support to ILS for change requests (including COSART/IMP updates), maintenance schedules, purchasing tasks, and stock activities, including liaising with suppliers and managing material requests. It is responsible for producing and maintaining a range of weekly and monthly reports and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and availability for Power BI reporting. Technical Training Services MyDevelopment - reporting, pre-joiner accounts resolution, adding of delegates, interest trackers. Supporting the CAT Process. Management of mailbox. Website updates and keeping the professional bodies schedule active. Room bookings, speakers/travel booking along with Tracer requirements and invoicing customers. Support Working for a variety of Stakeholders to support their teams using bespoke software tailored to their specific area. Duties include and are not limited to, Service Design and Governance meetings, Safety Culture support, booking of TADS, and updating Air Traffic Operational Telephone Network (ATOTN). Ensuring all engineering equipment used on operation systems remain fit for purpose by ensuring they are calibrated within a timely manner, this requires updating our SAP system to ensure we retain up to date information on these assets. The processing of information in SAP to ensure the data we hold is up to date as SAP is the single point of truth for all management information. This role will also be required to update Temporary Engineering Instructions (TEIs) informing our on-site operational engineers of changes. The role requires arranging purchasing of equipment and services either through the ARIBA purchasing tool or via a personally appointed purchase card and then ensuring the costs are appropriately appointed to the right business area(s). Assisting NATS Engineering Service Line in all Administrative tasks related to the day-to-day running of the NATS Engineering Team as they provide services to our customers externally and within NATS Services. These include purchasing, SharePoint admin, reports, QPulse activities. Provide support to Doc CM. Design, development and maintenance of the HUB and SharePoint online sites (LIM). Mailbox management - Timesheets and purchasing requests. Cross training for leave cover and resilience. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English Excellent knowledge of IT applications - Office 365, SharePoint etc. Good knowledge of NATS and its procedures. Knowledge (or ability to learn) of Supply Chain Management procurement tools (ARIBA) Knowledge (or ability to learn) of SAP functionality Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and an ability to follow well defined processes. Ability to prioritise tasks according to business needs. The individual will be held in high regard by colleagues, noted for her/his credibility. Must be able to work to strict timescalesand adapt quickly and easily to changes in tasks. Must haveexcellentinterpersonal and communication skills and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and resolving issues as a team. Must be able to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences but understand the importance of listening and seeking feedback. Excellent networking skills to establish key contacts around the organisation, valuing them and using them effectively to foster enduring relationships. Confident manner, capable of exercising good judgement and sensitively dealing with confidential matters. Training will be proided.
