Grade 7: £29,679.20 (Pro rata of £37,099 per annum)
(After 01 July 2025, salary will be £30,599.20, pro rata of £38,249.00 per annum)
Plymouth Marjon University is seeking an experienced and collaborative People Team Business Partner to join us on a part-time basis.
This strategic role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contributing to the continued development of a positive, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture.
The Role
As part of a small team in a values-based University, you will operate across all aspects of the People & Organisational Development function, from workforce planning and organisational change to employee relations, performance development, and policy creation. You will promote best practice in equality, diversity, and inclusion across all areas of operation, and demonstrate a people-centred approach to your work with our values at your core.
About You
* Significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policy
* Skilled in building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Confident in handling complex employee relations cases
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
