About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our onsite support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in audio-visual (A/V) systems, desktop support, and IT infrastructure troubleshooting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations, providing high-quality technical support to end-users, and maintaining conference room setups and IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide IT support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues).
* Configure, install, and maintain A/V systems including video conferencing, projectors, displays, and meeting room setups.
* Troubleshoot A/V, desktop, and peripheral device issues (laptops, printers, cameras, microphones, etc.).
* Support Microsoft 365 environment – Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
* Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
* Support device imaging, deployment, and patching using tools such as SCCM or Intune.
* Ensure IT assets and conference rooms remain fully operational and meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues promptly.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or A/V Support roles.
* Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
* Hands-on experience with Audio/Visual setup and troubleshooting (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or similar).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
