Background
The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety, LLC, is a growing multidisciplinary mental health practice with a mission to become the premier integrative health and wellness resource for trauma and anxiety in the community. We have two locations (Bel Air and Nottingham), as well as a sister wellness company in Bel Air offering vibrational sound healing, yoga therapy, meditation, executive function coaching, reiki, retreats, intensives, and more.
We are currently hiring for all locations (Bel Air, Cockeysville/Hunt Valley, and Nottingham/Perry Hall). Hybrid positions are preferred; however, 100% telehealth positions are available to clinicians with a Maryland license.
We are looking to meet the growing needs of our communities and add clinicians (Counselors, Social Workers, Psychology Associates, and Psychologists) to our multidisciplinary team who have a passion for trauma and anxiety work. The right clinicians will have a strong desire to be part of a team culture and further refine their niche in trauma and anxiety. We are hiring for a W-2/employee position and are seeking Psychologists and Psychology Associates who would like to carry a part-time caseload and provide supervision, or grow to a full-time caseload with supervisory responsibilities.
The Position
The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety, LLC, is a thriving private practice specializing in trauma and anxiety treatment. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our clinicians. This position is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a team-oriented setting. We are looking to add to our team of supervisors by bringing on clinicians who are passionate about training and supervising the next generation of doctoral students. We have strong partnerships with local graduate programs and ambitions to continue growing our program.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy
* Manage a full-time caseload
* Complete clinical documentation (e.g., psychosocial assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates (e.g., Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Counselors, Psychologists) to provide excellent client care
* Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other staff members to ensure high-quality care
* Participate in marketing efforts on occasion to promote your own personal brand under the CTSA brand
* Supervise and mentor doctoral externs and interns, contributing to their clinical training and professional development
* There is the potential opportunity to integrate a small amount of psychological and/or neuropsychological testing into your role
Qualifications
* For Psychologists: Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
* For Psychology Associates: Master’s degree from an accredited graduate psychology program
* Active licensure or license-eligible as a Psychologist or Psychology Associate in Maryland
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a dynamic caseload
Applicants with the following experience are strongly encouraged to apply:
* Advanced training and certification in trauma treatment (e.g., EMDR, somatic therapies, Trauma Training through Lisa Ferentz Institute, ART, IFS, TF-CBT)
* Experience or specialization working with OCD
* Experience or specialization working with co-occurring substance misuse
* Interest or experience with providing supervision
