What you’ll be doing

Online is all about pace and organization, keeping your team engaged, vans on the road, and customers happy. You’ll manage your team’s performance and time, support them, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
During your shift, you’ll be responsible for smooth operations. Collaborating with other managers, you’ll plan shift patterns and activities in advance. At the end of your shift, you’ll provide a thorough handover to the next manager.
We’ll give you the time and space to do all this properly. When a team works well together, our customers notice.
