Hi I'm Mia, the owner of Clean & Glow, a growing domestic cleaning business known for high standards, reliability, and a friendly approach. I'm looking for a motivated and dependable cleaner to join me as the business continues to grow.
About the Role
You'll be carrying out domestic and deep cleaning in clients' homes, working both alongside me and independently once trained. Full training will be provided to ensure your work meets Clean & Glow's high standards.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and enjoys helping others keep their homes spotless and fresh.
Responsibilities
* Perform domestic cleaning
* Carry out deep cleaning tasks when required
* Follow company and client standards to ensure exceptional results
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Manage time effectively to complete all tasks to a high standard
* Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude with clients
* Use cleaning products safely and appropriately
* Uphold Clean & Glow's reputation for reliability and attention to detail
Requirements
* Must be self-employed
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies
* Previous cleaning experience required (domestic experience preferred)
* Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
* Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
* Friendly, polite, and approachable
* Good communication and time management skills
* Willing to learn and adapt to Clean & Glow's methods and standards
