Join the UK’s leading TikTok agency, Nonsensical, working with top brands to create engaging content. We are seeking a Head Of Talent Acquisition & People to lead our hiring strategy, develop people operations, and foster a thriving team environment.
This strategic and hands-on leadership role involves building high-performing teams, creating effective people processes, and maintaining our position as an exciting place to work in the creative industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading all hiring processes from planning to onboarding
* Partnering with leadership for workforce planning
* Building a pipeline of top talent across various roles
* Implementing inclusive recruitment processes
* Managing freelance hiring and external partners
People Operations & Development:
* Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews
* Supporting employee growth and career development
* Creating HR policies for a remote-first culture
* Introducing tools and initiatives for team engagement
* Advising senior leadership on people matters
Culture & Experience:
* Supporting initiatives that promote creativity, inclusion, and collaboration
* Organizing team experiences and wellbeing activities
* Gathering employee feedback to improve work practices
* Shaping benefits offerings in collaboration with leadership
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in a creative or digital agency
* 2+ years in HR leadership roles
* Experience in scaling recruitment functions and teams
* Knowledge of people operations, performance management, and employee relations
* Strategic thinker and hands-on executor
* Proficiency with HR tools (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, Notion, Slack)
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder
* Passionate about inclusive workplaces
* Problem solver with attention to detail
* Familiarity with TikTok or creative industries is a bonus
