An exciting opportunity for an experienced and detail-driven Estimator to join their growing team, based in Chatham with projects extending into and around Central London.

The company is a leading construction and fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results across high-end commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects. While their head office is in Chatham, the majority of their work is carried out in Central London, covering complex and design-led schemes ranging from intricate structural alterations to large-scale refurbishments.
The Role
They are seeking an Estimator with a proven track record and experience in the high-end commercial refurbishment and fit-out sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre-construction process, preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing drawings and specifications, and identifying value engineering opportunities to support the commercial success of each project.
A strong understanding of JCT contracts, construction methodologies, and cost planning principles is essential, alongside excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
