Duties as a Service Advisor
7. Provide exceptional customer service at all times throughout the vehicle servicing process
8. Act as the main point of contact for customers, liaising with technicians and the service manager
9. Manage bookings, coordinate workshop schedules, and track vehicle progress
10. Handle customer enquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
11. Process payments and prepare accurate invoices for completed services and parts
12. Maintain strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry, possibly at a senior level
