Job Description
As a Year 3 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Supporting pupils through the KS1–KS2 transition with a nurturing yet structured approach
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
* Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
* Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Taking part in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching KS2 is desirable, though ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
* Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A passion for helping children develop academically and personally
